WHO IS MIKE WASHBURN
Michael Washburn is a speaker, best-selling author and President and CEO of Exit of the Carolinas, a sub-franchisor for Exit Realty International for North Carolina and South Carolina. Exit of the Carolinas has been recognized as region of the year multiple times for growth and overall productivity. Mr. Washburn is currently a partner in several real estate development projects in both Carolinas.
He began his career in his early 20’s as an entrepreneur manufacturing a porch panel product which he then patented and sold. He got into real estate in 1989 where he started his own brokerage and was a top producer in sales for over two decades. He since then has been a developer and general partner in single family developments, town homes and condominium conversions in South and North Carolina and Georgia totaling over 712 units. Mr. Washburn has been a respected and highly productive member of the real estate and development industries for the past thirty-two years.
